These Terms & Conditions govern your use of synergysafetygroup.com, manual.synergysafetygroup.com, and our self-serve tools (the “Services”), provided by Synergy Safety Group and its affiliated companies. By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Services
We provide safety and compliance consulting along with online tools that help carriers build documents such as driver safety manuals and policies. Features, content, and pricing may change over time.
Self-serve tools, subscriptions, and billing
Some tools offer a free tier and paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider on the plan and interval shown at checkout and renew according to the terms presented in the tool at the time of purchase. Any plan-specific terms shown in the tool apply in addition to these terms. A free trial, where offered, converts to the free tier at the end of the trial period unless you subscribe.
No legal advice
Synergy Safety Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Templates, policies, and documents produced through the Services are general starting points and are not a substitute for advice from your own legal counsel. You are responsible for reviewing every document with qualified counsel before adopting or relying on it.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them without authorization, disrupting them, reselling access without a license, or using them for any unlawful purpose. Building manuals for companies other than your own requires a consultant or multi-company license.
Intellectual property
The Services, including our templates, policy library, text, design, and logos, are owned by Synergy Safety Group and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services and to use the documents you generate for your own business. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our underlying templates or content except as part of a document you build for your own use.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any document produced will satisfy a specific regulatory requirement or the outcome of any audit or proceeding.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergy Safety Group and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergy Safety Group and its affiliates from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these terms.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Services means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not resolved informally will be the state or federal courts located in Taylor County, Texas, and the parties agree to attempt mediation before filing suit.
